3. If a statute deprives any person from his property then the state will compensate that person.
4. law doesn't bind the crown. Queen of the state is avobe the law.
5. Statute doesn't have any ref-prospective effect.
6. Statute can not impose criminal liability on a person without the prove of his intention.
7. statue of a country is only applicable inside that country.
